Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my contract from ASAP until the end of August for a double bedroom in a student house in Fishponds.

The house has 8 bedrooms and the other people who live here are all super lovely! Rent is 625pcm with all bills included. The room has huge windows and is very sunny, and the house has a huge garden with a covered area which is a proper sun trap in summer.

Fishponds park is a 5 min walk away and there are 3 shops within a 10 min walk as well as an off license 30 seconds from the front door. The landlords are great and any issues have been fixed within a week maximum.
