There is a large living room, kitchen and bathroom with separate bath and shower and a lovely south facing garden backing onto a quiet green and cricket club.

The room is a small double bedroom with a standard double bed (really comfortable mattress from Hypnos premier inn range). There is a clothes rail and storage space under the bed. I can buy other furniture as needed.

The flat is very well insulated and I have just had all the heaters updated.

There is a residents permit car park and more non-permit parking available on the road just outside.

The flat is also super close the the Bristol-Bath cycle path for easy access into town.

Would suit someone looking for a short term let (1 to 6 months) or someone working in Bristol Monday to Friday.
