Hi, I’m Lana! I’ve recently moved into my home and I’m looking for a housemate for a fairly short-term stay (up to June, possibly August). I’m also open to people looking for shorter stays.

About the house:
• Shared bathroom with both bath and shower
• Two living rooms and an office (you’re welcome to use the office too)
• Back garden
• On-street parking

The room:
It’s a double bedroom with a small double bed. I’ve kept it fairly minimal, aside from the bed and a bedside table, so you can bring your own furniture if needed. There’s also a large built-in wardrobe with shelves and hanging space.

Rent:
£160 per week or £650 per month (bills included)

A bit about me:
I’m French and have been living in the UK for nearly 4 years. I’m fairly laid-back, more on the introverted side, but I do enjoy meeting new people. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who appreciates a balance of personal space and occasional social time.

A few things to note:
• I have a cat, and she’s free to roam the house (except the second bedroom, unless you’re happy with that) 🐈‍⬛
