We have a lovely, spacious double room available from 3rd October 2026. The room has been freshly renovated and is very cosy, warm, and bright. All bills are included – no hidden or additional fees.

The room comes fully furnished with either brand-new or excellent-condition furniture, including a comfortable bed and mattress (please note, the actual bed is a grey ottoman bed with extra storage underneath, I will retake new pictures soon) a study desk and chair, a large wardrobe and a bedside table.

We are all friendly, busy professionals and are looking for a like-minded housemate who appreciates a peaceful, clean, and respectful home. We're ideally looking for someone who isn't into parties or regularly working late into the night.

The house is warm, quiet, bright, and kept very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, fridge freezer, and electric cooker/oven. Cleaning products are also provided, and the fastest broadband is included in the rent, along with all other bills.

Just a short walk away is a beautiful park with free tennis courts, where we often enjoy spending time on sunny days. You'll also find Co-op, Tesco, local shops, pubs, restaurants, and cafés just a few minutes away. Medical and dental centres are around a 7-minute walk.

Parking is available with a permit.

The property is in a fantastic location, with Metropolitan and Piccadilly line stations just 2–3 minutes away on foot, while the Central line is around an 8-minute walk. Several bus stops are also just minutes away. Uxbridge Shopping Centre is only 5 minutes by train, and Brunel University is easily accessible by bus.
