Looking for a clean, tidy and reliable housemate.

Our previous housemate lived with us for 5 years and just moved back to her hometown, so we would like to welcome a new one to join us.

My husband and I, both are professional, he is in construction field and I'm admin. We both are quiet and outgoing persons.

No kid, no pet. Our property is good insolated, ECP: A, double glazed windows, well maintained, located in a quiet & safe neighbourhood. Green around, parks and grassland near by.

Room is on 1st floor , facing to the west side, nice afternoon sun and look down to garden.
