My name is Frazer, I am a 31 year old male. I am working professional in London. I’m looking for a friendly male or female flatmate to join me in this two bedroom flat. I enjoy playing tennis, going to the pub and watching movies. Looking for a respectful, tidy person to join - I’m up for socialising but equally enjoy being in my own space!

The flat is located a 10 minute walk to Wallington station or 22 minutes to Hackbridge station. It takes around 45 minutes to get to London Bridge, door to door. There are direct buses to Croydon, Sutton and Kingston.

The contract will be on a rolling basis with a months notice required to leave the tenancy. Flexible with move in date! All bills wre included; Water, Gas, Electricity, Council Tax and WiFi.
