I have a double room immediately available. furnished within my family home.

Working household and would prefer the same. No benifits.

I do not mind smoking in the garden pretty easy going and laid back all is asked is the shared kitchen and bathroom to be left in a tidy manner. Cleaner visits each Saturday.

Local amenities and space for own parking.

A month deposit required. No time wasters pls. No Couples

I have been able to upload pics, in the room, new carpet laid three weeks ago, new nets, curtains, bedding and lampshade, there is a smart 40 inch TV in the room with a wardrobe also for your use if you wish.
