The Annex is situated in the rear of the garden of the main house. The property is situated in a quiet but convenient location close to Cheshunt Train Station (8 - 10 minute walk) and Local Shops (8 - 10 minute Walk) including Brookfield Farm Shopping Centre (only a 15 - 20 minute minute walk).

The train station is Zone 8 which links straight into London Liverpool Street, Tottenham Hale, Seven Sisters and Stratford. Tottenham Hale is within 10 Minutes and Straight to London Liverpool Street or Straight to Stratford within 25 minutes. Going in the opposite direction there are trains to Hertford/Hertford East, Harlow, all stops to Cambridge and Stansted Airport.
