The large en-suite is very tastefully decorated with slate tiles in the large walk-in rain pan shower, Burlington toilet and sink with a large bathroom cabinet, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

SHARED SPACES
Shared use of large kitchen/diner (we are usually finished in the kitchen by 6.30pm and snug TV area, plus a large garden at the back with raised deck and artificial lawn - great for working out. There is space at the side of the house or in the shed to store a bike and permit parking (10-4) on street.

Located in a quiet leafy street in Upper Walthamstow, 2 minutes walk from the ancient Walthamstow Forest (part of the larger 13 miles long Epping Forest). Great for walking, running and biking.

We are a warm, welcoming family with children and two friendly cats. The room is on the top floor of a 4-bedroom family house- so very private away from the family. We love welcoming new people into our home, especially from different cultures and backgrounds. We are lively and fun - the kids like footy, gaming and basketball but we are all in bed for 10pm!
