Looking for a great housemate to join me and another flatmate in our Walthamstow place!

We’re a very chilled household and looking for the right person to take the room. I’m a doctor and my flatmate works in security so looking for someone professional, relaxed and friendly to join us.

The room comes with a king size bed, desk and wardrobe. You’ll have lots of light with the bay window and blackout curtains too.

We have a spacious living room, newly renovated bathroom (with Japanese toilet!), kitchen with all the equipment and appliances and a shared garden (with just our downstairs neighbour).

We’re just around the corner from Blackhorse Road station (1-2 min walk) and also about 10 minutes walk from St James Street (overground). Means you could be in Kings X in about 15 mins, Oxford Circus in 20 mins. We’re also close to the wetlands, the breweries/beer mile and Lloyd park.

Looking for a tidy housemate to join us where we also split a cleaner between us.

Short term lets encouraged.
£950 including bills and cleaner.
