My housemate is sadly moving to another country and I’m looking for someone to take her room.

It’s available from the 1st of May for a month. It’s located on Forest road in Walthamstow, a 3 minutes walk from Lloyds Park.

About the room:

It comes furnished with a double bed and mattress and small chest of drawers. It’s £950 all bills and household things included.

Transport:

The flat is located a 15 minutes walk from either Walthamstow central or blackhorse road station. There’s a bus stop 2 minutes walk away that takes you to Blackhorse road station, Tottenham or Wood Green.

Accessibility:

From the front door, there is one set of stairs with 15 steps that takes you to the flat upstairs. The bathroom is at the end of a long corridor. There is an extra 2 steps inside the flat to access the bedroom that is located right next to the living room. The living room is on the main road side, bedroom is looking over the garden. The garden is accessible via another set of stairs with 15 steps and is shared with the downstairs neighbours.
