Looking for a FT working professional for a downstairs fully furnished double bedroom in a cosy Victorian cottage-style terrace house with a communal kitchen-living area (pls see pics) with two other working professionals. Both long term and short-term stays considered. Perfect for someone who works in the area and needs a safe space at night to reset.

The house has been modified slowly over time into a cosy safe space for three people. There’s no telly in kitchen-living area but you’re welcome to use your devices to watch stuff in there or stay and chat with other house members if they’re around.

The room is an airy downstairs fully furnished bedroom. With share of large upstairs shower room with 1 other person

Area: Cosy, safe and homely situated in a great Stow community location (with families, professionals etc) where everything is in a walkable distance- great if you love the 15min walkable city concept! (10-15min walk from Lloyd Park, High st and Blackhorse Road stn.) . Forest Rd is 3 mins walk away with plenty of buses to hop on to).

Outside space: not gonna lie the outside spaces are still a work in progress...Parking is restricted to resident permits from Mon-Sat 8-6.30pm and although there are bike shelters on the street you would need to apply to the council to use one...

The room is a downstairs double bedroom and is fully furnished. It has;
- A double bed
-Bed, Wardrobe, Bureau, 2 shelving units, armchair and kettle/mini fridge
-share of a large upstairs shower room

Admin stuff pls read before arranging viewing:
-Minimum stay is 2 months
-minimum notice to be given is 1 month from your rent day
-Rent (incl bills) is £750/month
-Holding/security deposit of £750 will secure the room and will be returned to you after you leave
-British nationals will just need ID to rent room
-Non-British nationals will need ID and proof of ‘right to rent’ for local council checks

PLEASE NOTE on room rates- the ‘inclusive of bills’ room rate has been set for someone who works min 35hr outside the home (eg standard M-F, 9-5 or equivalent). If you hybrid work then the rate will need to be increased accordingly
