Good news
Flat gets loads of natural light- that's all you need really

Bad news
-Nae dishwasher
-A Chippy has opened nextdoor. It offers the free delivery of its signature scent directly to the flat in a gentle southerly. Unfortunately this means when it's calm or is blowing a light southerly the windows on the street are better shut.
-The living room is on the road and will get quite a bit of noise from bikers and degenerates.

Good news cont.
The chippy isn't open on sundays.
There is an outdoor bit that caters for smoking/bbqing/day drinking
The advertised room is off the street and doesn't get much noise.
Double glazing so the flat won't get too cold in the winter.
While the flat is only partially furnished atm, I'll pay for any remaining furniture (sofa, rug, telly for living room). I had thought of letting whoever moves in bring their stuff, or else pick out what they would like and I'd pay for it.
Location is great. 5mins walk to weaver line. Great sense of community. Best jerk chicken in London.
-That nasty danger-beware lino applied to the stairs does reduce risk of falling by 20%. In even better news, it's due to be removed in the next month and replaced with inoffensive carpet.

About me
I'm a doctor starting my Gp training in August.

I'm excited to find an enthusiastic flatmate that has some shared interests.

Shit I'm into
-Spending more that I can afford to on records
-Deglazing pans with vermouth and expressing love through food
-Being able to identify things you see on the street/in the sky/off the path
-Ambient/folk/jazz/acid/electro/dub/techno
-Going to Cafe Oto, Fold, or getting a train to White Hotel.
-Attempting to mix the records I've bought
-Any outdoor activity that isn't golf- surfing, fishing, pack rafting, foraging, skimming, yodeling.

Jokes aside, the flat itself is a little rough round the edges atm and is due some love, but it'll be great once the rest of the furniture is in. I'm planning to put some carpet down on the stairs at some stage soon and generally spank the place at the start of July when I get back. Getting plants in etc and making the place a proper home.

I'm out of town atm- it's my not quite yet girlfriend Cash that has done the video tour, but I'll be back at the end of the month to meet up and do some viewings etc.
