Looking for housemates that will look after the home, make it their own and be nice and friendly and sociable to live with.

Current housemate:
Very clean, spacious, cosy and homey. Miranda current housemate is a Film Director, I do a lot of abroad shoots, not always in the house but when I am I like to watch movies make yummy food and chill.

Not a party house but definitely friendly, we have meals together, watch TV, chat, get coffees locally, the area has a lot of cute local things to do which we enjoy, all of this welcome to do with me if you are interested!

The House:
Newly renovated, homey 3-bedroom house. in St James street just off the cuff from Hackney.

Cosy living room, big kitchen, brand new luxury bathroom which walk-in power shower and a stand-alone bath and a very cute dressing room. It is amazing I wont lie.

Large garden, perfect for coffee in the sunshine and summer BBQs. We also have a fire pit for fires in the eve which is very cute!

Location & Access:
St James Street overground 2 mins away walk just next door. Multiple tube stations 10 min walk away to access all of London.

Arrive at Broadway Market, London Fields, Mare Street, Shoreditch, Liverpool Street and Oxford Circus in just 20 minutes. I often work in either Soho or Shoreditch and the commute is SO quick.

Local Area:
The local scene is so lovely. Crate, right next door is a super fun venue offers a multitude of food spots, bars, and a wide array of activities throughout the week, including karaoke, clubs, and community socials.

Many cute and affordable local restaurants and charming cafes locally. Walthamstow village is very cute too.
 
Largest market in Europe 2-minute walk and one of the largest greenery areas of london in the Walthamstow Marshes a short walk away. Very nice to visit on sunny days I walk there a lot.

This house is the perfect haven for people working in Shoreditch, Soho, anywhere in central London, seeking a well-connected, spacious, and inviting home to return to.
