Hiya, looking for someone friendly to come and take this cozy room overlooking the gardens for a few months in a very friendly fun house with two others: Art (me) and Andy who are old friends. I'm a photographer and he works in a startup. We're very friendly and easy going.

It's an 1880s terrace on a very peaceful road with a great community, fancy bakeries, delis, lots of green space and the wetlands are a stone's throw away. It's a proper home and doesn't feel at all like a rental property. There is a nice open plan communal living/dining area with a huge sofa and a piano, small garden with some nice old plants, and a good kitchen. It's homely and the neighbours are great too.

We love cooking, watching films, music (have a mad hifi system), a good drink, the odd bbq! St James's Park is just at the end of the road, overground to Liverpool street is about 20 minutes door-to-door, and the Victoria Line from Blackhorse Road or Walthamstow central is just a short walk (there are buses too).
