Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate to take up this double bedroom in a flat on the first floor of a purpose built development.

The bedroom is 4.88m x
2.54m, has a built-in wardrobe and is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and a smaller wardrobe. The bedroom also comes with its own heating controls separate from the rest of the flat. The open-plan kitchen/living room also has access to a balcony. The kitchen has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The entire flat is also fitted with a water softener hence limescale is not an issue.

The building is very secure, serviced by 2 lifts, regularly maintained/cleaned and has a communal garden. There's also very little noise in the flat from outside or the other flats.

The building is ~15 minutes from Blackhorse Road station by bus and 30 minutes by walking.

About me, I only moved into the flat last month. I'm 25, a data scientist and work hybrid 9-5 Mondays to Fridays. When I work from home, I'm mainly in my room as that's where my desk is set up. My hobbies include reading, playing video games, cooking, board games so I'm usually pretty quiet around the flat.

Happy to have a couple to take the room but the cost will go up to £1300pcm
