Looking for a cosy but vibrant new place to live with some of the best connections to Central London? 🏡
We are looking for a new flatmate for a double bedroom and large private bathroom available in our new build flat in the up-and-coming area of Blackhorse Road. This would be ideal for professionals looking to work in London, and commute back home over the weekend.
Thanks to the excellent location next to the leafy Walthamstow Wetlands, this cosy spot is an ideal place to relax, but has easy access to Central London. The entrance to Blackhorse Road tube station (Zone 3) is so close that it is visible from the flat, and has trains every couple of minutes on the Victoria line, allowing you to reach King's Cross in 15 minutes Oxford Circus in 20 minutes, Stansted Airport 30 minutes.
Alongside the double room and bathroom, we also have a large open plan kitchen and modern living room and balcony within the property. This is a second floor flat and some of the other unique features in our home include:
Facilities include:
- Weekly Cleaner
- A communal garden
- Bicycle storage
- A dishwasher (an absolute gamechanger!)
You will be living in with myself 🇬🇧 (an NHS worker) and my partner 🇮🇹 (a Managing Director of an Event Agency) as well as our furry child Loki. We are very sociable and enjoying going to comedy shows, exploring London’s food markets, cooking, and having a chilled one at home with a glass of wine.
If you have any questions or would like to come and visit, we would love to hear from you! 😊
