I have an en-suite available (for takeover) from April 2024 at Student Roost Mannequin House, Blackhorse Road.

I'm moving out of central London so I'm looking out for someone nice take over the contract

It’s located in Walthamstow which comes under Zone 3. There is an Underground station (Victoria Line) and an Overground station situated around 50m away from the accommodation (I cannot emphasise enough on how convenient it is). It has Co-op, Tesco and Asda grocery shops located within walking distance. Other flatmates are all females, however the dorm is Co-ed. The area’s also got really nice places to eat out from and gyms.

The accommodation is located around 20 mins away from Uni's like QMUL, KCL, UCL, London Metropolitan University etc... and about 20 mins away from Central London (both by tube).

The area is super safe and has a good amount of young crowd in and around the place. The flatmates are also very friendly.
