The room comes with Super Fast WiFi, Single bed, Desk & Chair, combination wardrobe. The room comes with a fridge/freezer Toaster, Kettle, Microwave & oven/Air Fryer, hob, cabinets and sink unit with storage under the sink.
This room is available for short or potentially long term rent… the bathroom is ensuite.

This Room is not for somebody who goes out getting drunk on weekends and coming home at silly hours every week…. Please do not apply.

This room is not for somebody with pets or that smokes. Please do not apply.

This room would suit a single occupant who is very clean… & respectful… somebody who doesn’t come banging through the door at late hours of the night, and somebody who just needs a peaceful little space for themselves only to kick back, relax and work / study etc..
