Hi,

I have a beautiful fully furnished double room to rent in a first floor maisonette/flat with a lovely garden.

Initially 10 months but with the possibility to extend.

It's on one of the best roads in the area, peaceful and 5 mins to Walthamstow village, 8 mins to Walthamstow Central station and 10 mins or less to Lloyd Park.

You will be sharing with my current lodger and possibly two very sweet cats.

The lodger is a 42 year old professional and we are looking for another professional, female, over 30 pls.

Price includes rent, garden and flat upkeep etc.
Utility bills modest but additional but can set the amount so no hidden surprises!

No smokers please.

Many thanks,

Emily
