About the Flat:
The flat has a great open kitchen and living room area. There is plenty of storage space in the kitchen and throughout the flat. There is a good sized balcony with plants and space to chill outside. The room is unfurnished but we could leave the wardrobe if new tenants are interested. The room is suitable for couples and has plenty of natural light and space for storage and we currently have a desk in the space. The common areas are well-maintained, the living room is super comfy, the bathroom is kept clean and is shared with one of the flatmates.

⁃ St James Street Station: Just a short walk away, with an overground line to Liverpool Street.
⁃ Walthamstow Central: The Victoria line, 12 minutes walk away
