Looking for 1 person to fill my flatmate's room as he's moving to Poland in July!

The room itself will come semi furnished, and has space for a double bed, desk of drawers and a small desk etc, and a large wardrobe just outside for additional storage. It is south facing and receives a lot of natural light, great sunsets and evening light.

Downstairs, you will find a large shared living room, which is currently home to a lot of plants (although most will go, sadly!) , which is great for dinners and films. This is also where my flatmate works if he works from home.

The kitchen is a very decent size with plenty of storage space, for all your pots and pan needs.

Great Location:
5 minute walk from Walthamstow Central and the Victoria Line
20 minute walk from Blackhorse Road and breweries there
20-30 minute overground to Dalston

Eden Yoga Studio and Soda Pizza is just behind us, and the Gym Group just around the corner.

About you:
Ideally seeking a professional, mature, clean and tidy person to share the flat home. It would be great if you're someone who likes to hang out but are equally happy doing your own thing.
