We're moving to a house nearby and are looking for someone to take over our lovely 2-bedroom flat in the Equipment Works built-to-rent development. The development is fantastic and it's been a great place to live, and now we're hoping to find someone who will enjoy it as much as we have!

* Rent is £2,690 per month (cheaper than current advertised rates as we locked in a good rate at the start of the year). Bills (like council tax and heating) are paid separately. The building is very energy efficient.
* Because of this, rent is non-negotiable as it’s a transfer of an existing agreement to new tenants.
* Council tax band C.
As current tenants, we’ve agreed with Equipment Works to advertise and show potential new tenants around. Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll put you in touch with the development directly for you to complete the tenancy process.
