I have a large, bright air-conditioned room in a house in Walthamstow in a quiet friendly street. Walthamstow is a diverse place with pubs, comedy, reasonably priced places to eat and nice parks. I am a maths tutor and in my spare time I sing in a soul band. Although I'm quite old I'm young at heart and have many much younger friends.

Like me, I'd hope you are friendly and sociable but have with your own interests. It is essential you are dog-friendly as I have a very people-friendly cockerpoo.

The house is between 5 and 10 minutes bus ride (depending on time of day) door-to-door from Walthamstow Central station. Or it's a 20/25 minute walk across Lloyd Park. If you have a car there is street parking, for which you can buy a reasonably priced permit.
