We’re looking for someone to take over the third double bedroom in our home in Walthamstow, about 15 minutes from Blackhorse Road station (Victoria Line), so getting around is super easy.

The room is available now. We’re looking for someone in their 30s or 40s who is friendly, respectful, and reliable with rent.

The room is for one person only (no couples).

Rent is £750 per month, all bills included, with one month’s deposit.

The room itself comes fully furnished with a double bed, drawers, and a wardrobe. There’s also a small TV, a chair, and a large standing mirror, happy to keep them in or take them out depending on what you prefer.

As for the rest of the house, we have a shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and fast fibre internet.

There’s also a small garden at the back, which is nice when the weather is good! ☀️

You’d be living with me (35, tattoo artist) and Julie (36, works in sales). The vibe at home is very relaxed and easy-going; we both have our own lives, but it’s important to us that everyone feels comfortable and at home in the shared spaces.
