Looking for a new flatmate✨🍓

Hi, I’m Kaye and I am looking for someone to take over my former flatmate’s tenancy. The flat is right by St James's Street Station/ walking distance to Blackhorse Road station (so only about 25 minutes away from Central London on the Victoria line/ on the overground!).

The rent is £825 per month. Bills are not included but i’m open to discussing how we spilt them up ⭐️

The flat is a fully furnished 2-bed 1 bath apartment with a large open kitchen/living-room. Your room will have a small-double sized bed, a foldable writing desk, a bedside table, a set of drawers and a large built-in wardrobe. The flat has hyperoptic wifi and all essential appliances!

Bonus: the dining table is extendable to seat 8 people so it’s perfect for having friends over 💛

A bit about me:
- I’m 23, and just started my master’s degree alongside a part time job. In my free time I enjoy seeing my friends, running and hiking; and I would love to find a flatmate who is on the same wavelength ⭐️🩵
