The room comprises of double bed and large wardrobe.

The flat is on lots of major bus routes and a 10 minute walk to Walthamstow Central station which has the Victoria line (15 minutes to kings cross) and the overground line (17 minutes to Liverpool street)

Walthamstow has a large array of Bars and restaurants and you are a short walk from the village, the shopping centre and the market and Epping Forest.

Council Tax is included in the rent.

Additional money towards the Bills i. e. internet, tv, gas&electric and water are not included in the rent so will be split between us maybe £85 extra each, because of gas&electricity winter rise.

Im looking for someone clean, tidy and friendly that will feel at home. not afraid to chat and may be have a few drinks to unwind at the end of the day. Room available in June
