This home is a very tranquil place, surrounded by nature while also within a few minutes walking distance to transport links that will take you into central London in 20 mins. It's a modern and minimal apartment that was very thoughtfully designed to be practical, peaceful and comfortable (with lots of space-maximising storage and top of the line Miele appliances, including dishwasher and washing machine).

It's my bedroom that is available for sublet (not the whole apartment) so any guests would be sharing the home with my flatmate, Nat -- a very kind and chilled graphic designer. The apartment is spread out across two levels which gives guests lots of privacy.

You'll be staying in Walthamstow – recently voted “London’s coolest neighbourhood” by Time Out, it’s one of the city’s most vibrant places to live: full of creative residents, craft breweries and great restaurants.
