Living with a cinematographer (21 F) and photographer (28M) who are great friends and great company. We love cooking, socialising, hosting, watching films etc etc but will also give you as much space as you need, we're very relaxed.

Right next to St James's Park.
Train to Liverpool street 15-20 minutes
Walk to Victoria line in 10-15 minutes (Blackhorse road or Walthamstow central about the same distance. There is also a bus there)
Buses at the top of the road (under 5 min walk)

NIce little garden, kitchen with breakfast bar, WiFi will be installed shortly, big sofa city in the living room, dining area. Really great community on the road too with lots of creatives and interesting people who are very willing to help each other out.
