Hi there,

The room is available to move in from anytime between the 24th May and 1st June. Ideally looking for a 6-month let but can be flexible.

The room available is on the 2nd floor of the house, giving you your own large private space with views of the garden and newly refurbished truly massive private Bathroom. There is plenty of space for a large bed, draws and desk.

There are also two living rooms so being able to watch what you fancy will never be a problem.

You'd be living with me and my partner Ester. I'm a friendly accountant who used to be a chef, so i'm still super passionate about food, I'm 33 years old, a Londoner and super easy to get on with (if I can say so myself).

Ester is a town planner, from Australia, half Italian and also loves to cook. (Good food is a huge theme in this household). She is 34 years old and loves a glass of wine and a good bowl of pasta.

The house also benefits from an extra room in the garden that has power and used to be a professional artists studio. You can use this for whatever you like.

We are looking for someone we'd get on well with, friendly, tidy, respectful, good natured and doesn’t bring the party home with them every weekend. If that's you and you'd like to live walking distance to Walthamstow Market, the brewery mile and beautiful wetland walks then give us a shout. There are also plenty of brunch spots, a climbing wall, yoga studios and great bars close an easy walk away.

There is built in storage a wardrobe and a bed frame. We'd love to hear from you so don't be shy if you have any questions.

We are walking distance to a zone 3 Victoria line station, so it's super easy to get into central London.

Bills not included: Cleaner, Window Cleaner, Internet, Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water come in at roughly £125/£150 a month per person -

Bills are shared transparently through a splitwise account and split equally per person.

Ideally we have someone for roughly 6 months but shorter term lets would be considered at a slightly higher amount.

1 week - £500 (all in)
1 month - £1500 (all in)
2 months - £1350 per month all in
3 months - £1250 per month all in +100 for a couple.
6 months - £975 plus bills (roughly £125/£150 a month)

For the 6 month + option, there is a slightly Higher price if you are a couple due to more people sharing all areas of the house.
