Looking for a reliable, tidy working professional (or couple) for an en suite double room in a bright, modern top-floor flat in Blackhorse Road (E17).

I own the flat and live here, but I’m currently only in London two nights a week for work on a Tue & Wed. This means you will have the flat to yourself 5 nights out of 7. There may be weeks where I need to stay an extra night, but I will communicate this ahead of time.

- Rent: £1,500/month for single occupancy, or £1,800/month for a couple (all bills, fast Wi-Fi included).
- Council Tax Band C.
- Available for November & December initially. My working pattern may continue Jan & beyond, so there could be scope to extend til July/Aug 27 and beyond.
- Christmas: I will be away for the week between Xmas and NYE
