Hi I’m looking for someone who can take over my room in a shared house located in E17, very close by to Walthamstow Central Station.

The room will be available from May 25th 2026 as I am moving back home to Norfolk.

You would be living with 5 other friendly people who work professional jobs. There is a shared kitchen and small living room.

The room is furnished with a double bed, a large a wardrobe, a chest of draws, and a desk. The kitchen is fully furnished. There is a small garden/patio area too, perfect for the summertime.

It’s £600 per month (or 140pw), without bills. When you add in the bills it comes to roughly 80-120 extra a month.
