Hi, I am looking for a housemate to share rented house with a garden in Walthamstow. The room is a small double though with the rent being split the ground floor has a second room downstairs, currently being used as a storage room. You can use this space as you wish! Still sharing the living room and all other communal space.
I have lived in this house for just under 6 years and have definitely made it my home so looking for someone to treat as there own also and enjoy the space and garden.
I enjoy local pubs and beyond! Though with a busy job the heavy party days are sadly not as regular!
I have a dog, he will need time to adjust but will quickly learn any boundaries you prefer. Though you would need to be a dog person to accept him.
The house is an 8 minute walk to Walthamstow Central Victoria Line underground, overground to Chingford and Liverpool Street also the main bus garage is here. Walthamstow Market with all amenities being the same distance.
I'm clean and tidy and respect another person's space. Having friends over or wanting quiet time is no issue.
I smoke but only outside. If you prefer some furnishings in the room I can arrange this.
If you are looking for Monday- Friday let we can of course amend the rent to suit.
