Hi there, my name is Ava and I'm looking for somebody to take over my room for the last 3 months of my contract. It is a very spacious room with 6 wardrobes!

Transport & shops:
A short walking distance of 5 minutes from St. James Street Station overground and a 10 minute walk from Blackhorse underground. There is also plenty of buses such as the 24 hour 158 bus. Supermarkets such as Lidl only a 5 minute walk away and 10 minutes for Sainsburys as the house is at the bottom of a high street .

Flatmates:
you would have 3 flatmates Ella, Gabby and Harry. Ella and Gabby are in full time training and Harry works in an office. They are looking for somebody who likes music, is friendly, sociable and tidy.

Although bills are not included they generally add up to about £40ish a mounth.
