I’m leaving London and looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely Victorian house on a super quiet residential street in Walthamstow.

The house is just 5–10 minutes’ walk from the Victoria line and St James Street Overground, with great connections to central London.

The room is sunny, bright and spacious, with lots of natural light. The house has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

The current flatmates are:
👮 Danny, 35, a police officer
🎨 Giulia, 27, a graphic designer and Danny’s girlfriend🎓 Radhika, 25, currently doing a PhD at university.

Some of the furniture/items in the room will be left for the next tenant to use, while some will be taken with me. I can provide more details and photos to anyone interested.
