Only 2 people in total will share the house so generally the house will be calm and quiet , the current person normally is out most of the day/week..

Looking for Clean, tidy , respectful, and easygoing person, treat the place as home .

For now looking for short let for summer but with and possibly into long term.

The house have a nice bathroom with walk in shower , fully equipped kitchen ,storage space, fridge/ freezer , microwave, washing machine.
Also living room with dining table and chairs , and use of a nice Garden .

The house located on a quiet residential street off Forest Road with all amenities. shops, cafes, parks, its about 10 minutes walk to Underground station Walthamstow Central on Victoria Line, bus stop less than 1 mins walk to main road .

Walthamstow Central station has excellent transport links , about 16 mins to King Cross , 20 mins to Oxford Street, 24 mins to Victoria , and with Overground train to Liverpool Street in 18 mins.

House have fast internet and the rent £900 pm all inclusive .
