Looking for a friendly housemate to share this dual aspect first floor, 2-bed flat. I have lived in Walthamstow for just over a year and absolutely love the neighbourhood after living in London for the last 9 years. Looking for a housemate that would be happy to occasionally host meals with friends, maybe once a month (?) and otherwise share the living room space for eating, work, art or chilling out. I work from home 2-3 days a week and am also out and about a regularly, so you will have the place to yourself some days too!
Shared spaces includes:
- bright and spacious living room with 2 workstations for both tenants if needed
- seperate kitchen with large fridge/freezer, gas hob and over, dishwasher and lots of storage space
- shared newly refurbished bathroom
- Living with Tamara, 35, architect, speaks french and german, loves swimming, dancing & meeting new people
On Orford Road in Walthamstow, 7min walk to tube station in cute quiet neighborhood, 2 minutes away from Walthamstow Village's pedestrian-only high street with a pub, cafes and groceries shop.

Viewings on 6th and 7th of June. Some flexibility with start date of tenancy.
