Based in walthamstow E17 … 20 minute walk to Walthamstow central over ground and underground victoria line and Queens rd overground. Also Leabridge station is a 10min walk from here. The room comes with Super Fast WiFi, Single bed, Desk & Chair, combination wardrobe. The room comes with a fridge/freezer Toaster, Kettle, Microwave & oven/Air Fryer, hob, cabinets and sink unit with storage under the sink.
This room is available for short or potentially long term rent… the bathroom is ensuite.

This Room is not for somebody who goes out getting drunk on weekends and coming home at silly hours every week…. Please do not apply.
