Priority use of kitchen and bathroom ahead of me at all times.

Shared living room, will have ottoman seat/storage, bookshelves, sofa and chair. It has been fitted out as gym but equipment packs away. I train from 7 til 9 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The living room is open plan with kitchen. Living room is 64 square feet so very small. There are no tvs anywhere but you are welcome to bring one.
The Kitchen is a 36 square feet galley layout so 15 square foot galley floor and cupboards/appliances either side. Microwave, kettle, toaster, double oven/grill, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, washer dryer, and ample cupboard space yet limited surfaces for food preparation.
The Bathroom is 54 square foot with bath and built in glass shower screen, sink, toilet and wall mirror.
The Bedroom is 92 square feet with a bunk bed; double on bottom, single on top. Has wardrobe and chest of drawers (5 drawers).
Available 1st November for 12 month contract to begin with, benefits accepted if paid directly to me.
