Lovely, sunny room available for a girl (students and professionals welcome) in a two bedroom flat in Zone 1 with huge windows, high ceilings, and exposed brick. The home is fully furnished, including the bedroom which has a wooden dresser, armoire, side table, as well as a double bed and mattress. The common areas (kitchen, living room, and bathroom) are fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. You can definitely add your own decor, art, books etc. to the space.

The cost is 1250/month ALL BILLS INCLUDED.

Location: 7 minutes walk to Elephant and Castle, 10 minutes walk to Kennington, 1 min walk to bus stops. The location is amazing for somebody works or studies in central London.

Roommate: you would be sharing the common areas with my lovely roommate, a really friendly professional in her early 30s who works in interiors (as well as two very cute cats). She works from home twice a week, and is otherwise at the office, going to yoga, dancing, cooking, or watching movies. She would like somebody who is independent but friendly, and who is looking for a happy, safe and stable home (not a party flat).

Who would love it here: this apartment would suit a city girl - you'll be really close to coffee shops (Gail's and Blank Street both a 5 min walk away), GREAT restaurants, and multiple grocery stores (5 min walk away). Mercato Metropolitano is a 10ish minute walk and Borough market is a 25ish minute walk. Bikes are rentable all over, and there are dedicated biking lanes on Browning Street itself. FYI there has been a good amount of construction happening in this area lately and new places are popping up all the time (a new M&S is opening on October 29th and a mall will be opening next year - both 5-10 min walk away from the flat).
