We are looking for someone to join our lovely flat near Elephant and Castle because our housemate is unfortunately moving back home after finishing her PhD.
The house is a three bedroom Maisonette with a nice large living room that gets the Southern sun. We have a small south facing balcony, a great sun spot for your morning coffee, a well equipped kitchen and two toilets! We're right next to Burgess park and lots of supermarkets (you can basically find anything and everything on Walworth Road).
We've lived here for close to three years and absolutely love it. The large double room is £900+bills available from the 14th of November. It is fully furnished and has a built in closet.

A bit about us:
Anagha is an architect and always up for for cooking together, movie and board game nights, badminton and going to the theatre. Emily is a music librarian who enjoys climbing, running and knitting. We both enjoy reading and watching rom coms on our projector! 🪩
We're looking for someone who's sociable and tidy and looking to make this a home. We enjoy spending time together and do occassional dinners and movie nights.

Details:
Where: Walworth, near Burgess Park, just South of Elephant and Castle. A 12-15 minute walk to Kennington and Elephant and Castle tube stations. Bus stop 1 minute away. Central London 15 minutes away by bike.
Bills: around £150 per month. Slightly lesser in summer. Deposit: £1000
Students are welcome to enquire, but you would need to split the council tax with us since we're both professionals.
Sorry no pets or smoking in the house.
