✨ Fully Furnished Double Room with Balcony in Elephant & Castle / Kennington ✨

I am travelling abroad and looking for a reliable, tidy individual to take over my lovely room in this 2bed flat between Dec’26 to June’27. As I’m travelling the room will be entire yours for the fixed period.

Location: Perfect for commuters.
An 8-minute walk to both Elephant & Castle and Kennington stations.
Quick bus links to central London (20 mins to London Eye, 25 mins to Tower Bridge).

You will be sharing the space with a 36 year old guy working in IT, he is clean, social and always up for a good chat or a drink, but equally respects personal space and quiet time.
