I’m moving out of my lovely en-suite room in a 4-bed flat in Walworth SE17 and looking for someone to replace me.

Rent💷: £1,060.88 + bills (roughly £100, but it varies)

Deposit: 5 weeks' rent so about £1.3k

-Bright and comfy room with all necessary furniture, including clothes drawers, clothing rack, storage cabinets, and desk
-Has an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower

-Big windows so lots of natural light

The house🏠:
-A shared kitchen with all amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, rice cooker
-Living room space with TV and two sofas
-Small back garden with seating, great for relaxing in the summertime
-House has a total of four en-suite rooms, so everyone has their own bathroom

Getting around🚌:
-About a 20 min walk to Elephant and Castle station and Kennington station
-4 minute walk to Alsace Road bus stop
-8 minute walk to Walworth Road, which has plenty of buses

Shopping🛒:
-There’s a Tesco express, Lidl, Morrisons, Iceland, Boots, and Superdrug all on Walworth road about 8-10min walk
-Dozens of restaurants and food options nearby

Your flatmates:
-There are currently only 2 flatmates, Jess and Eleanor, but there will be a third soon
-Jess is American from New York, and Eleanor is British from London, both in their mid-twenties
-We are a friendly house that likes watching movies together, throwing small gatherings, or baking, but we also all live our own lives

Who we’re looking for:
-Only considering female applicants
-Someone clean and organized who is happy to do their share of the household cleaning
-Around the same age (20s) and enjoys similar things like running, baking, films, nights out
