Shared bathroom with one other person. Living room with TV, shared kitchen and spacious garden. Very friendly housemates and very friendly, safe neighbourhood. Bills and council tax have been paid for so it is only rent that would be needed to pay. The house is always kept clean and mess free. We also have a very friendly neighbourhood cat who visits from time to time.
