Hey hey! I’m Domingo, and I’m looking to rent out the spare room in my flat in Elephant and Castle as a Monday-to-Friday let.

It’s a bright, spacious double room with an ottoman bed, and you’d have exclusive use of the guest bathroom. The flat is modern, with a shared living space and balcony.

I’m 28 and work in freelance consulting, so how much I’m home varies depending on the project. Outside work, I’m usually seeing friends, at the gym, or exploring a potential career pivot.

I’m looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate who needs a comfortable London base during the working week. Happy for you to relax in the shared spaces and occasionally have a friend over for dinner or drinks, but it’s not a party flat. I’m also gay, so it’s important that you’re LGBTQ+ friendly.
