The flat is in a new build complex, so it's modern and in great condition. You'll have your own private room and bathroom. The room has 2 single beds (you could buy a converter to make them into a double), a couch, a big desk and lots of cupboard space. It also has a lovely view and gets lots of light. I have pillow/bed linen available if needed!

The kitchen and lounge are shared and furnished and the kitchen has all the appliances/cutlery/crockery you'll need. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine.

Earlsfield station is a 5 min walk and goes straight to Waterloo.

I live here with my dog- Aggie- so you'll need to like dogs! She's very sweet and doesn't make much noise. She gets a bit excited meeting new people but calms down once she knows you. 5 stars for cuddles.

Rent is £1,250 pcm, all bills included.

Available from 30 October. My current roommate moves out on this date and I am going away for 3 weeks in November so would preferably like as close to this date as possible.

Ideally I'm looking for someone who works in the office some of the week and wants a shorter let (under 6 months) but I'm flexible!

I'm selling the flat (it's currently listed) so there will be some viewings but I'll always ask you know beforehand if it suits. But its only projected to only really sell in April/May next year - hence the shorter let (but it could be longer if it takes a while - which it probably will in this market!)
