Hi!
Looking for someone to move in from early April, into this lovely cozy room in Earlsfield. The house is in a peaceful area, only 12 minutes walk to Earlsfield Station and 17 minutes to Southfields tube. Lots of brilliant local cafes and great parks, M and S a short walk away, and great gyms etc just round the corner. It’s wonderful!
The room is a great size, has built-in wardrobes and lovely light. You have access to a study, too if you want. So if you wfh theres a nice set up. You would have a floor to yourself with a brand new bathroom, which is getting finished now.
The room is available for a minimum a month, please let us know when applying how long you’d like it for! Happy with both long and short term.
About the housemates:
You’d be living with a couple (1F 1M) who are so lovely - really tidy, great energy and brilliant company. They are happy to chat and hang out but this is not a party household.
They are both pretty sporty so they spend most mornings at the gym.
The M is a teacher, and the F works in finance. They both work long hours so having a roommate who is chill and respectful is important.
They have a dog, a gorgeous chocolate Labrador called Cooper, so please only apply if you’re comfortable around dogs! He's super super lovely but full of energy - please bear this in mind.
Honestly, it’s such a lovely house, you get tonnes of space and it’s warm and cozy. Happy to arrange viewings asap.
Thank you!
