Hi,

We are a couple who are sadly having to leave our gorgeous flat due to relocation out of London.

The flat itself consists of a large lounge with lots of shelves & storage. There is a bay window with lovely shutters that make it super warm & cosy.

There are two large doors that open into the kitchen so you can have it either as two rooms or a bit more on the open plan side. Whichever you prefer!

The kitchen is modern with a fridge freezer, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine. There are plenty of cupboards & also a large pantry with lots of space. The kitchen comes with a dining table & 4 chairs. You could easily fit 6 around it though!

The bathroom has a nice deep bath with a built in overhead shower. Heated towel rail & plenty of storage with a mirrored/light up cupboard.

There is a short hall leading from the kitchen, past the bathroom into the bedroom. The hall is a decent size and we've had a large chest of drawers in there.

The bedroom is spacious & comes with a King sized bed & mattress that are both only 8 months old. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes that are huge! Above those are cupboards if you needed any more storage. The best bit about the bedroom are the large sliding doors that open into the lovely patio.

The patio is gorgeous & we've been so happy using it over lockdown! We recently painted the back wall & when the spring comes it will have lots of pretty blue flowers hanging over the top. It's a real sun trap with plenty of room for plants & growing veg! There's a side alley that heads down to the kitchen door too which is really handy to store bikes.

If that wasn't enough storage then there is a cellar too of a reasonable size. This is where we store our garden loungers/furniture in the colder months.

Just as a side note. We have lived in many flats in London & this one has by far been the best & truly felt like home. The landlord/lady have both been great & they are really helpful when/If needed.
