The house is in a great location for transport, with Earlsfield station less than a 5 minute walk away; which takes you to Clapham Junction/Vauxhall in less than 10 minutes.

Earlsfield is a lovely area, with lots of pubs, restaurants and shops. There is a Tesco express, Sainsbury’s local and a M&S Food all less than a 5 minute walk from the house.

The house is currently made up of 2 guys and 3 girls; all in our 20s. We are social house who enjoy nights in watching films, and equally a night at the pub. We have a large garden which is great for the summer and BBQs.
Rent for the room is £685 which is paid on 5th of every month, and bills (electricity and gas) are all on a top up card. These work out at around £50 maximum each, each month.
