I’m the current flat mate (who you’ll be living with) but Josh who’s moving out is travelling so makes more sense for me to monitor the ad on here. Here’s the description from him :

I'm moving out due to opportunities to travel with work and no longer need the room. I've loved living here for the last (almost) 2 years.
The apartment is modern and clean. The room I'm leaving is a double room with an en-suite. The apartment comes furnished with a bed frame, mattress, bed side tables and built in wardrobe.
There is a desk in the room which I currently use to wh. This can be left should you need it.
You'll be living with Matt who is 26 and originally from Ireland. Matt works in the music industry and is very social and easy to get on with. He's in to running, gym, cinema, football and music events.
Bills are roughly an additional £150-175 a month.
We've previously had a cleaner too.
I'll be temporarily staying with a friend once I find a replacement so the move in date is flexible however, it will have to 10 June or after.
The flat is next <10 minute walk to Wandsworth Town which has a direct train to Waterloo and about 15 minutes from East Putney which is on the district line.
The deposit is £1,620.
